This Warranty Policy applies to all Products sold through A2ZRC (https://a2zrc.com/).

 

1. General Scope

• Warranty coverage depends on the Vendor or manufacturer.
• Unless stated otherwise, warranty applies only to products sold and delivered within India.
• A2ZRC acts as a facilitator, not the warranty provider.

 

2. Coverage

• Defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
• Warranty begins from the invoice date.

 

3. Exclusions

Warranty does not cover:

• Damage due to misuse, accidents, modifications, or unauthorised repair
• Normal wear and tear
• Consumables (batteries, propellers, etc.)
• Use in violation of manufacturer instructions

 

4. Claims

• Contact the Vendor via the Platform with order details and defect description.
• Vendor or manufacturer will determine eligibility and may offer repair, replacement, or credit.

 

5. Governing Law

All warranty-related disputes shall be governed by Indian law and under the jurisdiction of Kolkata, West Bengal courts.
