Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

This Policy outlines the process for returns, refunds, and exchanges on A2ZRC.
1. Eligibility
- Returns are accepted only for eligible items listed with a “Return Policy” tag.
- Requests must be raised within [7–10 days] of delivery.
2. Conditions
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- Return shipping costs depend on Vendor policy.
- Certain items (e.g., batteries, propellers, clearance items) are non-returnable.
3. Refund Process
- Refunds are initiated once the returned item is received and inspected by the Vendor.
- Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
4. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed for identical replacement items, subject to stock availability.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If the item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours at contact@a2zrc.com with images or videos.
