Welcome to A2ZRC, operated by RCHOBBYTECH SOLUTIONS PVT LTD (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By accessing or using our website https://a2zrc.com/ (“Platform”), you (“Buyer”, “User”, or “you”) agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).

The Platform serves as a multi-vendor online marketplace connecting independent sellers (“Vendors”) with customers for the sale of drones, drone parts, and related accessories (“Products”).

1. Scope & Acceptance

By using this Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, Warranty Policy, Refund & Return Policy, Shipping Policy, and Cookies Policy — all of which form an integral part of these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under Indian law to use this Platform.

3. Multi-Vendor Marketplace Role

A2ZRC acts as an intermediary facilitating transactions between Buyers and Vendors.
We do not manufacture, hold, or own the Products listed by Vendors unless explicitly stated.
Product listings, descriptions, prices, and warranties are provided by individual Vendors.
Any disputes regarding the quality, warranty, or delivery of products must first be raised directly with the respective Vendor.

4. Orders & Payments

Orders are confirmed only after full or approved payment.
Payment methods include credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, or other secure gateways.
We reserve the right to cancel or reject any order due to stock unavailability, inaccurate pricing, or payment issues.
All payments are made in Indian Rupees (INR) only.

5. Pricing & Taxes

All prices listed include applicable Indian taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed at checkout.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is available only within India.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Our Refund, Return & Exchange Policy governs eligibility, timelines, and conditions for returns and replacements.

Warranty coverage depends on each Vendor’s or manufacturer’s terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, text, images, graphics, and code on the Platform are the property of RCHOBBYTECH SOLUTIONS PVT LTD or its licensors and are protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the Platform or Products.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
